The amazing staff is the real highlight of this hotel, reception desk, bellboys, room service, waiters and security everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast and lunch options are wonderful. The chefs are kind enough to make some special orders for our kids. Mado hotel is definitely our regular hotel whenever we visit the city again

The staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented. Security/guards in front of the hotel were great. The room was large and relatively quiet with good wifi connection and a nice view over the city. Thank you, @Mado!

Close to the airport with free shuttle both ways. Safe, spacious, and remarkable customer service. Everyone is eager to help. Truly an excellent hotel.

This is my 5th time at Mado Hotel. It is the best hotel in Addis Ababa and I will always come back here! If you want a lovely hotel with amazing, helpful staff, good food and a wonderful location....come to Mado!

My friend fell ill during the trip and the staff went out of their way to help. The breakfast buffet is great and has a wide variety, especially juices. The rooms are well cleaned. Strong internet in the room.
